From Backoffice select Developer Tata Types.

Create Data Type by click on Data Types and then create.
Give it a name and select a propertis editor.
Configuring as you will and click SAVE

From Backoffice select Settings and then Document Types.
Here you can see your Document types and you can create a new with or without a template
